Rednero TPO Services is led by Lawrence Orender, who spent nearly six years working as an Invisalign technician in a high-volume orthodontic practice.From 2014 to 2019, Lawrence worked under Dr. Mark Lowe, a nationally recognized orthodontist, educator, and speaker on clear aligner therapy. During this time he reviewed and revised digital treatment setups using ClinCheck and related software, focusing on staging strategy, movement predictability, and biomechanical realism.Over that period he participated in the optimization of more than 1,000 aligner cases, including both initial setups and refinements.Lawrence has also contributed to orthodontic training cases for the Community Regional Medical Center General Practice Residency (UCSF Fresno). In this program, residents prepare their own aligner setups, which are then optimized and reviewed as part of a layered educational process.This experience provides a practical foundation for helping dentists improve the predictability of their aligner cases.

- posterior ramps for open biteClass II / Class III MechanicsElastic strategies and staging are optimized for predictable progression.

Workflow

1. Initial ContactDoctors contact Rednero TPO Services by email or phone to begin onboarding.2. Case SubmissionOnce onboarding is complete, cases can be submitted through:- collaborator access within the aligner platform

- treatment limitations or relevant clinical notesAdditional records or photos may be requested if necessary.3. Case OptimizationThe digital treatment setup is reviewed and optimized within the aligner platform.Typical optimization adjustments include:- staging velocity and treatment length

- IPR timing and quantity

- axial inclination management
- elastic protocols
- virtual bite ramps or chain mechanicsCases are typically reviewed through multiple internal passes to ensure changes remain biomechanically coherent.4. Case ReturnOptimized setups are returned through the aligner platform when available.Communication occurs through:- portal messaging

Pricing

Billing is calculated monthly based on the number of cases optimized during that calendar month.1–4 cases per month:$150 per case5 or more cases per month:$100 per caseInvoices are issued at the end of each month.Accepted Payment Methods:- Credit or debit card (Stripe)- CheckInitial Case Optimization Includes:- full treatment setup review- one refinement roundAdditional refinements beyond the included round are billed at $50.Refinements for cases not originally optimized by Rednero TPO Services are billed as new cases.Cases requiring no substantive modification are not invoiced.Clinical ResponsibilityRednero TPO Services provides technical optimization only.
Final diagnosis, treatment planning decisions, and clinical responsibility remain with the prescribing doctor.
