Rednero TPO Services is led by Lawrence Orender, who spent nearly six years working as an Invisalign technician in a high-volume orthodontic practice.From 2014 to 2019, Lawrence worked under Dr. Mark Lowe, a nationally recognized orthodontist, educator, and speaker on clear aligner therapy. During this time he reviewed and revised digital treatment setups using ClinCheck and related software, focusing on staging strategy, movement predictability, and biomechanical realism.Over that period he participated in the optimization of more than 1,000 aligner cases, including both initial setups and refinements.Lawrence has also contributed to orthodontic training cases for the Community Regional Medical Center General Practice Residency (UCSF Fresno). In this program, residents prepare their own aligner setups, which are then optimized and reviewed as part of a layered educational process.This experience provides a practical foundation for helping dentists improve the predictability of their aligner cases.
